Holistic Postpartum Doula Home Visit

This 3 hour home visit is designed to provide personalized, compassionate care for mothers after delivery or grief support after a loss. During the visit, I offer a variety of supportive services to help ease your postpartum recovery and adjust to the demands of motherhood. These include:

• Herbal bath or foot soak to promote relaxation and healing
• Therapeutic touch for emotional and physical comfort
• Light housekeeping and sterilization of bottles, breast pump parts, and baby items
• Meal prep and running errands
• Assistance with adjusting to new roles and responsibilities as a parent
• Emotional and physical support
• Education on home security, infant care, and infant feeding
• Access to resources and community support
