Exceptionally You Healing Women Support Group

We know it's not easy. This group is made up of incredible individuals just like you, and we welcome you with open arms. You are not alone! Exceptional You Healing is a small group of survivors who unite to support one another in learning new skills and elevating our voices. There is no fee to join this group. The resources are free, and all co-leaders are volunteers of Saprea.
Our support group is designed to be a safe place for spiritualists where we can connect with other survivors and positively impact our individual healing journeys. We dive into diverse topics at each meeting ranging from understanding trauma’s impact on the brain and body to creating intentional behaviors. Saprea’s clinical and education teams created evidence-based videos and activities that guide our discussions.
